A Toronto-based fraud investigation firm. We trace transactions, document what happened, and prepare the evidence you need to file with regulators, police, your bank, or a lawyer. We are honest about what is realistic: in most fraud cases, funds are not recovered.
Reporting your loss is free and you do not need us to do it. Start with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, your local police, and your bank. We can help once you want transaction tracing or a documented evidence package.
Investigation, tracing and evidence preparation. We are an investigation firm, not a law firm — where legal action is warranted we refer you to licensed Ontario counsel.
We follow funds across public blockchains and produce a written tracing report. Tracing shows where funds went; it does not by itself return them, and funds routed through mixers or non-cooperative jurisdictions are often unrecoverable.
Documenting dealings with unlicensed offshore brokers and fake trading platforms, and helping you file with the right regulator. Note that regulators can sanction a firm but generally cannot order your money returned.
Discreet documentation of romance and social-engineering fraud. These cases are usually run by organised groups overseas, so recovery is rare — our realistic goal is a clear evidence package and a proper police report.
Help assembling the source-of-funds documentation a regulated exchange asks for when it freezes an account. You can always submit this yourself for free — we only add value on complex or contested files.
Where you paid by card or bank transfer there may be a genuine route back through your own bank. This is often the single most realistic path, and it is time-limited — card chargeback windows are typically 120 days.
We do not practise law. Where a case justifies civil action we hand our findings to an Ontario lawyer licensed by the Law Society, and you retain them directly — we take no referral fee.
Recovery firms have a bad reputation for a reason: too many of them charge desperate people for work that was never going to succeed. We would rather tell you at the first call that your case is not worth pursuing than bill you to find that out.
You tell us what happened and send whatever records you have. Within a few days we give you a written opinion on whether anything can realistically be done. Most enquiries end here, and that costs you nothing.
If there is a route worth pursuing we send a written engagement letter setting out the exact work, the fixed fee and what we cannot promise. You sign it before any work starts.
You receive the investigation report and evidence package, which is yours to file with police, your bank, a regulator or a lawyer. We explain what it shows and what your remaining options are.
People who have already lost money are targeted a second time by fake "recovery" services. Judge us by the same rules — walk away from anyone, including us, who does any of the following.
Card chargebacks and bank recalls have deadlines, so it is worth contacting your bank and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre today — those steps are free and do not involve us. If you then want tracing or a documented investigation, get in touch.
